2. NEWS HIGHLIGHTS [20’38”]
The Olympics season is here but unlike London or Beijing Olympics, we are totally not feeling it. Demonstrations, violent crime, infrastructure failures, Zika virus, political uncertainty and poverty are set to greet the athletes and spectators who have arrived at Rio in an event that some economists say could represent upwards of $15 billion in losses for Brazil. It’s like putting a dampener to a party before totally crushing it with your foot.
Golf made its return to the Olympics for the first time since 1904 but with up to 21 of the world ‘s top golfers pulling out with most citing Zika virus as a reason, you would have thought they were all pregnant. Will those pesky mosquitos be snuffed out or they will have a field day? Amid the gloom and doom, can Neymar lead his country to a gold medal in soccer in a melodramatic rise from the ashes story or will Boy Wonder fall short once again?
How can we make the Games great again? We discuss whether Burlesque, which is a sport in itself, should be made of the Olympics to drum up interest.
3. RAPIDFIRE [27’16”]

Which misconception about burlesque that annoys Sukki the most? If she were to become a femme fatale, what will be her alter ego name?
