The 24-year old superstar Cara Delevingne is the face of Puma’s new “Do You” initiative, which aims to inspire confidence, encourage authenticity and celebrate individuality in women. Known for her spot-on tomboy style and unapologetic DGAF attitude, it’s a no-brainer why Puma hired Delevingne to join its star-studded roster. After all, this is the person who brought the tracksuit back, alongside her Suicide Squad co-star Margot Robbie. Plus, she is best friends with the creative director Rihanna, who recently debuted Fenty Puma by Rihanna, the brand ‘s most talked-about franchise.

Delevingne ‘s become ripped ahead of her upcoming sci-fi action film, “Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.”, which means her abs will totally rock the sporty aesthetic.

The model and actress revealed the news on her Instagram page, with a characteristically irreverent black-and-white shot of herself in Puma gear blowing a bubble. The post has already received 1.4 million likes.

“To ‘Do You’ is to take ownership of yourself and finding the power within that ownership — it’s a very powerful statement,” she shared in a statement. “It’s about accepting who you are, no matter your faults. ‘Do You’ is about finding your truth and sticking to it.”

Directed by Rihanna – no less, Cara hit the streets of NYC to show off the latest collection. She even swung by NYC’s famous Katz’s Deli for a much-needed pastrami sandwich.

So what’s Delevingne’s must-have item from the line so far? Turns out those creeper sneakers from her pal’s Rihanna collection are her absolute favourite: “I love [them] — who doesn’t?” That’s right. Who needs heels when you can wear a pair of PUMA by Rihanna creepers to meet the President of the United States of America? If you missed out on those, fear not – they will be back in stock September 29, 10am on the site.

Puma’s “Do You” campaign launches this month, with multiple collections — from its Running & Training to Sportstyle collections — dropping through December. Delevingne will also be featured in outdoor ads, at Puma stores and on Puma.com.
